winscp network error

i tried connecting for the first time using winscp on my iphone
but it says "network error no route to host"

i have openssh installed, got my ip address on my iphone, have wifi

username-root, password-dottie, port 22, selected scp

i have unlocked 1.0.2

did anynone encounter this problem and how did you solved it?

reset router, reset modem, restart phone, make sure its set to "scp"
