winSCP always times out and does not connect

Everytime I try to login with both default password and the ip 10.0.3.1

it times out. Not once has it connected and it is set to the SCP.

Any Ideas?

normally this happens when the ip is wrong, check to make sure both computer and iphone are on the same wifi network, if all else fails you may want to try to reinstall the ssh that you used. there are times it doesnt take on the first try, esp with the new 1.1.1 upgrade.

Happen to me too couldn't connect to winscp or putty. Then I restored my iphone back to firmware 1.1.1 and ran the 1 click jailbreak method again and now is working. try redoing your steps over again.
