App removal w/ SCP

Trying to clean up the home screen a little. I've read if you remove the applications from the App folder it will remove the icon along with it, this isn't happening in my case. And in some of the folders there isn't anything there.

What are the DemoApp.app, FieldTest.app, UIctl.app, and Terminal.app applications? There is nothing inside of the UIctl & Terminal folders. (??)

I'm trying to remove the stocks, iTunes, & installer icons off of the home screen. For now I've moved them to page 2 of the home screen to the right.

This is for my wife's phone (1.1.4 Ziphone v3.0 jb/unl/t-mobile). I'm still running 1.0.2. And will continue to until the official release of winpwn and see how that works. Anyway, just trying to help her out. Thanks
