Does anyone know how to remove a dock or a ringtone once it's been installed? instead of putfile do I use removefile? Sorry I'm very new to this all. Thanks for any help!

well you can simple just putfile a new image you want to replace it. or you can use the rmdir command, works on both directories and files.

This is a great tutorial and your template is really good. But the misalignment of the cut out holes kind of bothers me. I was wondering if a new version of your .psd has been uploaded anywhere with the appropriately sized holes?

I was also wondering if you could upload a .psd with something that made it easier to change the names under the icons. Mine aren't in the same order as yours and it would be great if I could just click on a layer and rename it instead of dragging the other names around and trying to realign them.

I have recently done that, with two new themes, eagles and penn state, you can find them in the download section. I dont know if the hole alignments changed any, but you can change your text, its a little difficult, but if your good at PS you should be okay. it will also show you how i clipped background images so you can put your own background there. there is no way to resize or move the holes though, so you may need to do that manually.

Please help me. I changed ringtones, and i changed all the icons. Then i Made a new background, and had the same problem that it would not show up. I found out about the neworder, and did that mod also and uploaded it. Did everything perfect, but now the only thing that shows up on my phone is the dock and a black screen w/no icons. Anyone had this problem?

ok nevermind, i got it. i had one of the codes in the display order code wrong. Everything works now. Thanks for all the guides.

i notice in almost every theme pack, there are icons for field test and demo app, what the hell are those 2?? Also how the hell can I put 5 icons along the bottom

yes, remove it from the displayorder.plist

Hi guys, THANK YOU for all the help you give us. I'm new here and have one small issue. I have changed all my icons with no problem, but when I tried to switch my Dock, the new Icons just appeared underneath the stock Icons. Any Ideas how to get rid of the original Icons? dont know what I did wrong. Any help will be greatly appreciated..

iphoneinterface consistantly crashes on the background uploading state.. suggestions?

eit, nevermind... the image is suppose to be Demoapp.app icon.png as the name, not seperate, still cant get it to show though.
