restore problem please help help ...urgent

i returned my iphone to factory default and erasing all the setting
and i got problem my iphone stop working and got white screen
i tried many solutions to restore and till now didnt success

any help please

what have you tryed and when you say you erased the settings what did you erase

try holding the home key and the top button at the same time until phone says connect to itunes

from the iphone itself i choose factory default then i chose rest all setting after that the phone stoped working

Try holding the power button until the screen goes blank,
Then turn it on, when you see the apple logo, hold the home and power buttons for 30 seconds, the iPhone will restart once in this process... then you will be in recovery mode.. you will see a yelllow triangle or a usb and itunes sign. Then, connect to iTunes and restore.

If you cant get off the white screen, do what he said ^^^

i did that but when i tried to restore i got this error 1604 and the phone couldnt be restore and i searched for solution and tried all of them but nothing succeded i think the bootloader is corrupted
