I am having problems downloading the 1.1.1 I am not that good with computers, but could someone help with the download process.. I have no idea what Im doing..Thanks

1.1.1 the new firmware im guessing? hook your phone up tp itunes go to the summary tab and the first button there says update for 1.1.1 click it and let itunes do the rest.
