Hi..now i have istalled installer 3!! i have turned off and power on and now it does not work and appears only the gray apple!!

itunes not recognized it!!!help me pleaseee help meeee

If you had installer before you dud not have to reinstall did you read the info?

I think that happened to me, but before I panicked I simply put the phone in recovery mode and connected to itunes and reinstalled the firmware.

hold the home and power buttons you probably have to restore the thing now did you have installer on there before
