ok im new to this just got my iphone, i want to install the themes, icons and lower bar for the iphone. i have windows Vista. i did download the iLiberty, but i cant find they way to change my background and icons. i need some help. can anyone help me thanks.

You will need to have a jailbreaked phone and if you're not on ATT an unlocked phone as well (I am assuming you did this with iLiberty).
You need to install summerboard from installer to change your background and icons (themes). You will need to also look at downloading the 1.1.4 fixes and patches so that Summerboard themes show up. You can also download themes from installer as well. Hope this info helps.
