jailbroke ithink? help

ok so i decided to update and jailbreak everything was going fine until the 3rd guide bsd... i tryed to connect my phone through winscp no luck connection refused so i troubleshoot and i try to manually upload au.asn.ucc.matt.dropbear but when i try it says error iphoneinterface had to close so i used iphoneinterface to manually upload it still conn. refused. also when i run iphoneinsterface from the sshifty folder it says

waiting for phone
connection established
not jailbroken
command

does this mean my iphone isnt jailbroke i have read/write ability with iphonebrowser

clicked tools clean up checked all ok restart winscp done
