Ok so I have an iPhone 3G on 4.1 that's unlocked and an iPod touch 2nd gen on 4.2.1 and I used to use my iPod for texting but now I don't cuz I have the iPhone. The problem is on my iPod, when I received a text I would get the notification immediately but on my iPhone it sometimes doesn't even give me a notification at all... I noticed that on my iPhone when I unlock it, it takes around 15 seconds for the wifi to turn back on (I don't have a data plan) and AFTER the wifi is connected again then I might get the notification. Note: I used bitesms and SMS gv extension for both devices. Can someone please help me???
