Plug it into iTunes and click on ya phone. Should come up with a tab and you can sync ya contacts music apps and back.

The best way I know to get contacts back, while setting up as new is using "PkgBackup" from Cydia & saving ur contacts in a backup on Dropbox. Then restore, set it up as new, re-jb, install PkgBackup & restore all ur Cydia packages, contacts, & anything u saved to dropbox, like notes & other. You have to restore that backup first to get ur contacts, then save them first though.

    That won't work for him

In iTunes, there is something under one of the tabs that says sync contacts. If u click it ur contacts will come back

For those of you who are still having trouble with lost iPhone data due to jailbreak version update be sure to check the JailbreakQA repository:

As well as this resource: iPhone contacts lost: did your address book just go missing

One of my friends lost all his contacts on iPhone after he updated his iPhone 4 to iOS 7 almost two month ago, and he searched on the internet to find a solution. Finally he found and tried EaseUS MobiSaver. He followed the tutorial on the official site of the software and successfully get back his lost contacts. Hope it helpful!
