So I installed something on Cydia yesterday, and for whatever reason, my "slide to unlock" changed to "AWAY_LOCK_LABEL" and now that I checked in iFile, all of the folders in CoreServices are just gone.. If anyone with iOS 5 could do me a huge favor and email me their English.lproj folder from CoreServices it'd really help me out.. or point me to a download link, I really don't want to restore when I can just copy it back in with iFile.
