help me .. itunes could not restore the iphone back up because an error occurred

hey there everyone ,, as u can read ,, after i restored my iphone i cant use my backed up data ! it tells me "itunes could not restore the iphone because an error occurred , or its un compatible "

can anyone tells me what i can do please ? i really need my data my msgs , log and everything !

Ps, there is no number for the error !

Make sure that your hosts file is clean. Try the restore again.

Make sure the text reads EXACTLY like this:


Edit as necessary. Then attempt the restore again.
