OK Guys. I have the "PC" Window version Dialed in officially and working NO problem. Theres some extra things you are gonna have to do to get the skins to work and I will post an update later on today along with some camera shots and screenshots.
You cant just "putfile" like our Mac friends. First you must ex..
rmdir /Applications/Calculator.app/icon.png
THEN..
copy your icon.png to the phonedmg folder.
THEN..
putfile Applications/Calculator.app/icon.png

Follow the rest os Cashs instructions just add that for pc in that order for each icon.




Of course thanks to Cash. You da Man! ps.. Cash. I realized the icon set I sent you looked like *** once it was on my phone. I've fixed the file format save and the graphics look AWESOME now. Ill get you a new set =)

Thanks for the sound tutorials, extremely helpful. Is there any way to backup the original icons before overwriting them. I.e. anyway to copy them out from the phone and into the phonedmg folder?

I have changed my dock so many times I actually made one for my girlfriend that I like the best I just think I have change the color from pink to gray .... I would post a pic but I'm stuck at work

Thanks for the reply and for hosting the original icons in the downloads section. In any case i'm still wondering how it is that you managed to pull the original icons off of the phone in the first place. This is my first introduction to unix commands and i understand that "putfille" does just that it puts files but what would be its inverse, by which files could be pulled off of the device? i tried getfile, but i didn't know the arguments or cp for copy but iphoneinterface didn't recognize it as a command. Thanks in advance.

Getfile works in the OS X version. Some people are having issues with getfile in Windows.
