    Default Phone numbers and 2.2.1

My mom is on 2.2.1fw and has accumulated 150 phone#s since April and is on tmobile. She wants 3.0 and she does not want to lose her numbers and her phone is no longer recognized when plugged into iTunes. How do I backup her phone?

If she has synced her phone recently they will return.
Sync in iTunes and they will be restored after she updates and syncs again.

I sync my numbers with Outlook. You can use Windows Address Book as well if you are indeed a Windows user.
