Using pwnage tool to unlock/jailbreak 8gb 1st gen iphone.
1.Turn off phone
2. I held down the home button and plugged in the usb.
3. The update area is grey and the restore button is available
4. Using a Mac, I held alt/option and restore to select my custom 2.2.1
5. It starts but stops giving me error code 21
6. I do same process then select stock restore 2.2.1 and that works
7. Phone goes back to slide for emergency call
What am I doing wrong? Please help
