Iphone and the Aquatic Variety

I have a 1st gen iphone and I basically bookmark and save the "clownfish wallpaper" then use it as my Lockscreen wallpaper etc..my question is why isn't this a stock wallpaper in my general settings? Second question is how do i make it my general setting so I don't have to keep resaving it everytime I download my pics? Thanks

Put it in your itunes on your computer so when it syncs you'll have it....
