Using the install ipb guide i get as far as this.
Global.ipb does not seem to support iPhone OS Version '1.0.1'!
should i be using the older revision to the software? or am i doing something wrong?
Help would be great....also i have to say that i really love what you guys are doing. thanks for all the hard work.

Open your .ipb file. The folder inside should be named 1.0. Rename it to 1.0.1. Then try again.

Windows Vista is alittle different with Perl scripts, I found that out after pulling my hair for hours trying to figure it out too.
Quick fix: type 'perl' before the command line if your using Vista.
Example: perl installipb.pl iphone.ipb
Should be good to go after that.

I keep getting this error when i run the installipb.pl Global.ipb
"installipb.pl is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file."
