This should help.

you will 4 things:
1. Photoshop or some other photo editting tool.
2. A way to connect to your phone (SFTP)
3. this link will tell you which image to edit:

4. this program will convert the artwork file into a usable file:

so how do you access these files?

iBrickr is very helpfull just download and upload, maybe you need Finder (can be found in Cydia)
With it you can delete and move files around

i think this might be the wrong place for this but im not sure where to put it does anybody know how to make the lockscreen top bar invisible i know how to do the bottom bar but not the top help would be nice thanks
