Only if you are using a VPN that is setup with a computer outside of China

+1. Using any internet connection that is localized in China will disable you from using FB and YouTube.

And I think Cydia too. Maybe I'm wrong...that's what I remember though lol.

I've also encountered this problem. Under a friend's suggestion, I access Youtube through vpn that actually works non-stop. For your reference, I use popvpn dot com.

Yes you can easily access youtube or facebook. Infact Google official launched the youtube app for iphone
