Cydia probs or 3g probs?

Why can i not download several games and apps on my 3G 4.2.1 ipad baseband?
When i try to download from Installous4.0 or sinfuliphone the screen disappears and goes back to home screen.

Ill save tou the trouble of checkig this thread before a mod gets here and tells you the same thing but talk of cracked apps and warez is prohibited so ya probably wont be getting any advice from anyone being that its not ok on these forums, questions like that are best placed in google
