Webshare Adownloader

I've downloaded file via adownloader.is there any program that can find the downloaded file in the computer?
Or if must use webshare,can anybody tell me how to do it?
I've turn the webshare on,but it only show on my iPhone but not in my computer.can anybody tell me why and how to make it works?
Please tell me.

Diskaid will let you connect to PC by USB cable and find the file
