Need somone to turn website into cydia app

I was wondering if anyone knew where I could go to get someone to turn my website into a basic app for cydia. The website is {Self Spam Removed} I would obviously be willing to pay for someone to help me set this up

I'm new to Apple developing, but I should be able to do this. (Actually I already builded a similar app)
BUT I don't know how cydia works, I only had few experiences with "original" Apple applications.
I should read something about it.

AFAIK, cydia apps work the same way as apple apps since some get rejected from AppStore and they decide to put it on cydia. But I'm probably wrong ^_^
