Im coding a new site with my cousin and so far i have managed to get the icon to work the loading screen to work and the mobile sized site to work. What i want to do is include forums with working user accounts which can also be accessed on a desktop version of the site (basically like MMI has the desktop site and the mobile site yet the forums are still the same).
so what i need help with is:
1 - adding and managing user accounts
2 - creating a forum
3 - having that forum update to both the mobile and desktop version of my site.
4 - ability to add moderators who can ban or block an ip address and accounts linked to it.
