Hey guys just curious if anyone knew of an app on cydia that let you put say 4 on the right side and 4 on the left? or would that have to be completely custom theme? If so i wont worry about it not that smart with computers.

You would have to create "blank" icons to take the place of spots you didnt want real icons.

You can install an app from cydia called "iblank" that will allow you to create them easily.

would i have to create them on photoshop etc? if so ill just forget it lol im not tech savvy enough for that stuff.

Nope, just download iBlank fro Cydia. It makes like an invisible icon for your springboard so that you will have the spaced you need. You just make the icons wiggle around then you can move them where you want for the set up desired.
It will do what you want to do. Have fun.
