confused using skype for iphone...

I tried to call one of my contact but just failed. I could not receive incoming call either. I do see someone is calling me but when I press the accept button, we just could not get connected - the other part keep hearing the dialing tone! Also, when I tried to call a number, the number I entered in the log in screen catches the call! Very weird, but anyway, what is the number I am supposed to enter at the log in screen?

I am also not sure what type of skype account I have. standard or canada free or pro? All I have is an unlimited skype out and a skype in number and some skype out credit to make international calls.
