Vanilla Surf Proxy Settings

Hi,
I have a new G3 Iphone, At my work we have a old Proxy server that will not allow me to browse Via Safari, So after reading many websites i have downloaded the app Vanilla Surf, but an unsure how to configure the Proxy settings.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
