Im having problems when i get to iPhone3G:/usr/bin root # -d /var/mobile/Downloads - f b00803f0.mov

sh: -d: command not found

Done everything up to this! Its like its not finding the downloads folder?? In saying that when shh to var/mobile there is no downloads folder. My MxTube files seem to be going in private/var/mobile/Media/MxTube any ideas ?? im a bit frustrated cause ive done config ruby and installed everything, Mx tube had downloads in it dont see whats wrong.

looks like something has gone a little screwy with you ...

script should check for the download folder and create if required.

So in your case just make the directory /var/mobile/Downloads and set permissions of 777 recursive

I was keeping the bbc and mxtube directories separate on purpose....

also check that iplayer-dl is in /usr/bin

sounds like you've got the safari download plugin activated as well.

disable it with boss prefs - and try again

iplayer doesn't play ball with the download plugin

run boss prefs fix user dirs option

check that ipl2iph & iplayer-dl is set to 777 permissions
