hey i would like to know if can i use my 3g internet connection on my ps3 console.

i have a laptop w/wifi.... i have a router..... and ps3 have wifi too... how can i share my internet to my ps3??? . i do a research and there is a guy that share his internet 3g with a ps3 but, the phone he used was a AT&T TILT (Windows Mobile 6.1)<< i think if a windows mobile device can do that, iphone sure does! please i need help

why dont you use the wifi from your router? and running a ps3 on 3g would be toooo slow

you want to tether your iphone to your ps3? have you tried iphone modem, it creates a ad-hoc network.

Just buy a wireless router and connect it to your router. It's cheap and much better.

the problem with iphone modem ... is that it needs a software to configure... they named the desktop helper or something like that... i cant install thing windows software to ps3.

hey read... i already post that i have a LiNKSYS ROUTER AND A DSL INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER... the thing is that the ATT 3g is faster than my internet provider....

are you serious? if thats the case youre better off spending money cancelling the contract with your internet provider.

I see you've had some good contributions to this thread, Susan.

Also, while 3G will probably be playable, it is probably going to be bad and AT&T might end up noticing. Basically, it's not completely worth it, but if you want to, iPhone as a modem is probably the way to go.
