someone just released a to-do list application... you might be able to use that for an excersize routine?

Wow, that does sound like a good idea. The to-do list app is just getting started so it should be able to adapt to something like this at some point. But an app aimed specifically at working out would be great. You could set it up along with the calendar to keep track of which days to do upper or lower, etc etc, have it repeat for every other day or whatever the person prefers. Then incorporate a setting for how many sets and reps for each workout and be able to check them off like the to-do list.

Yes someone needs to do this!

Well, there is a web portal called SparkPeople.com, which lets you keep track of exercises. It also had a meal tracker and lots of awesome suggestions for meals, exercises, etc.

The site is a little crowded with ads and stuff, which might make it a bit cumbersome on the iPhone Safari screen. But worth a shot. If someone made an iPhone specific page with the same functionality, that would be perfect.
