Yea it's called iMobilecinema
It plays movies from MySpace, MegaUpload and the desktop version of YouTube. I think it is still in Beta but here's the source for cydia:

d.imobilecinema.com

Look it up on youtube there's a lot of videos about it now.

iMobilecinema rocks. but it helps video transition, not real flash player anyway. no better services like this til now.
