Its a GTD type of task management site. Very nice mobile interface - free basic services, decent pricing for the upgraded functionality.

this task site rocks.. It looks awesome on your phone. it is easy to add new items. it will e-mail you alerts. I use the free version but the one you pay for gives you more stuff.

You can add tasks very easily you can see the site from your phone with ease and it will notify you of todo's

Toodledo has a nice simple todo list for iphone

If you have installer on your iPhone, yesterday I saw a todo app on there and downloaded it to my phone. I have not messed with it yet but it looks pretty nice. I think it will even sync with ical if you have it published.
