my question is when i download a file it goes to dtunes how can i transfer it to my windows vista pc..iam totaly wireless.also per say i download a game or movie can i send it to an app on my iphone

thats good and all, but if you want to transfer files at hi-speed, connect iphone to pc usb, get either "disk aid" or "iphone browser"

and browse to

/private/var/mobile/library/downloads

for your songs

as for uploading, u can also use this method...altho' what are u planning to upload? videos for mplayer or vlc4iphone?
