This is Sudoku game for iPhone, it has it's own puzzle generator and it automaticly changes layout when you turn your iPhone from normal to widescreen mode.

This will be cool to add these type of apps. Is it known already how these types of apps will be loaded onto the iPhone?

So far no. They are just web apps, so basically it'll be run through Safari, but there's no word on whether it will just be bookmarked in Safari or if they will have their own separate icon on the home screen which will open a little page with icons (maybe use favicons?) and title of apps you've bookmarked, and have them open in a full screen mode.
