I am in need of a TV Tuner Card for my PC so I can stream Live TV via OrbLive to my iPhone.

Please suggest a TV Tuner Card for me.

I have a DirecTV H20 Receiver, and I want to be able to connect the Composite Cable into the Output and to the Input to my TV Tuner Card so I can see my HD MPEG-4 Channels.

So my TV Tuner Card must have:
MPEG-2 and MPEG-4 Decoding
Compatible with HDTV
Compatible With OrbLive
Compatible With Windows XP
Composite A/V Input

Please Help, and thanks in advance.

I did. Orb Live is a Web App on iPhone, it requires WiFi or 3G.
