3rd party apps install problems

Hey, just recently modded the iphone and am wondering and since i am new to this i might be half retarded for some reason but how do i download apps that i can't find on ibrickr, or apptapp, and get them to my phone, ex. roms that i allready have on my computer how do i transfer them to the phone? Am very lost because the apps that i use on brickr dont appear to be showing up but the apptapp ones do, so if someone could please let me know whats what that would be awsome, gracias.
