power Save on iphone need healp

I have 2 questions
My first question is there power save option on iphone let say you don’t touch iphone for 10 seconds then main screen just go little dark to save battery and energy or go black then if you want to use just touch screen then iota go bright is there any option to make iphone do that ?

My second question is I found this application and I would like to have on my iphone but I don’t know how to install or transfer to iphone.
