problem with webapp icons when saving to homescreen fmor site

hi

im having a problem when i save a webpage to the homescreen

it saves to the screen perfectly but the icon is just a white icon not the normal web icon of the page or the made for iphone icons

it worked fine before and now every webpage even ones that had icons before are all turning out blank.

i dont know if i changed some settings when i installed icons or tried to make a new image for a webapp but its not working any insight would be great

the icons come from a hidden file on the web server.

if it's not your site, you're stuck using whatever they supply

if you can't save icons from sites that work for others, you may have screwed up the security on the ~mobile files.
