I downloaded it and then rebooted my phone. The app loaded and I installed one of the preset video backgrounds. I closed the app and then I tried reopening it later and now it brings up the loading screen but always goes back to my springboard. I have rebooted again but nothing works.

Does the vwallpaper not work with the 3G and 3.1.3? Please help!
