Default [Wallpaper] Nexus Live Wallpaper (Galaxy, Lines, Added Digital Rain)

I have actually posted it in the monster droid 2 under themes but would like to share the "live wallpaper" that made to mimic the one from the nexus one to those who never visit that thread.

    1. Animated Lines Wallpaper

[ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m1AB1EYUqTA]YouTube - Nexus Lines Animation for iPhone Winterboard[/ame]

Video of the wallpaper in action (Video is not updated with new artworks).

    Updated 3 March 2010
    - Fix a bug that causes the javascript to hang and not load the wallpaper

    Updated 2 March 2010
    - Change the lines images
    - Lines are align with background cells

Artwork used with permission from SomaticContact -
NeuroClock : NeuroClock for iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad on the iTunes App Store

This is not a video wallpaper.
It is a css webkit animation, no lag smooth animation.

After using it for a couple of days, I found that it is not battery consuming.
Random position/colors are generated via javascript but animation are solely done via webkit css animation.

I have decided to bundle the 2 version together.
Download with/without Rss & Weather Widget
Download from multiupload or Direct download from here

    Known Issues:
    - Random position are only generated upon launch (Respring)
    - And of cause it doesn't work like the one in nexus one, there will be no extra lines after tapping

Anyway i don't know how to detect taps on the lockscreen/springboard if anyone got any idea on how to achieve that i can make it able to spawn new lines after tapping.

    2. Animated Spinning Galaxy Wallpaper

[ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1qJd3TQgOB4]YouTube - Nexus Galaxy Animation for iPhone Winterboard[/ame]
Video of the wallpaper in action.

This is not a video wallpaper.
It is a css webkit animation, no lag smooth animation.

Download without Rss & Weather Widget
Download with Rss & Weather Widget

SSH and place in it /Library/Themes
    Activate in Winterboard and Respring

Credits to dharris from for the Weather and RSS widget

    Animated Digital Rain Wallpaper

[ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=isA96EkJS48]YouTube - Digital Rain Animation for iPhone Winterboard[/ame]

Video of the wallpaper in action.

NOT RECOMMENDED FOR IPHONE 2G's SPRINGBOARD!!!
IT WILL LAG U TO HELL =P

IF YOU MUST PUT IT ON IPHONE 2G IT CAN ONLY BE PUT ON THE LOCKSCREEN
SO IT WILL NOT LAG, IF YOU PUT AS SPRINGBOARD BACKGROUND IT WILL LAG BADLY
TO PUT AS LOCKSCREEN RENAME Wallpaper.html to LockBackground.html

    My personal testing:
    On 3GS(Lockscreen/Springboard) Smooth, no lag
On 2G(Lockscreen) Quite Smooth, minor lag
On 2G(Springboard) Lagging badly (HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED)

I believe iPod 1G is also not recommended.
I'm not sure about other device, please feedback to me.

This is not a video wallpaper.
It is a css webkit animation, no lag smooth animation.

    Download Link
Download from Multiupload or Direct Download Here

SSH and place in it /Library/Themes
    Activate in Winterboard and Respring

** And please do not keep staring at the moving words, It gives me a headache if I keep staring at it moving, if you can't take it then please do not stare at it

    4. Animated Lines Lockscreen (Real Touchable LockScreen)

    [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u8aJiv5R5Jk]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u8aJiv5R5Jk[/ame]
    Video of it in action.

But it will only work for the lockscreen, SpringBoard can't detect the touches.

the thing is on the springboard only icons can be touch, on the lockscreen only the slide to unlock/media control can be touch

all other apps that can be touch such as snowcover/sbsettings is a dylib plugin so they can be touch

neuroclock is a normal app of cause it can be program to reponse to touches, but our winterboard doesn't allow the interaction between the background and the user, it is just there look nice not for interaction purposes

thats why there's no html widget that u can dynamically move around nor tap on it to open an app or do whatever you want

that's how i see it, if i'm wrong and anyone can re-educate me on html background touches, i'm willing to learn

Love this theme. I am using the Neuro lines with a retina wallpaper on my iPhone 4. LOVE IT. I want to add the Weather Furik widget - as I do not like the RSS feeds part of the included weather widget, and like having the date, time and day on the bottom of the screen.

So I figured out be editing the .css file, and adding the @2x to the name of the wallpaper.png a high res image can be used behind the random lines. awesome.

I CAN NOT FIGURE OUT HOW TO ADD A CLOCK/WEATHER WIDGET FROM WEATHER FURIK.

    HELP. Thanks.

Hi all, I'm new. I'm italian and I apologize for my bad english.
I wanted to say that this theme is awesome and I'm wondering if somebody could modify the animated lines wallpaper so the lines are all the same color. Maybe this way the wallpaper uses even less ram and battery(?).

Check this out got it working with personal wallpaper lockscreen is touch responsive but not springboard and htc clock weather widget for lockinfo and iclocktopia widget on springboard with iblanks to set up the theme. It's really a mix of my fave themes put together goc hd vivid and nexus droid and mydroid.

    Thank you for sharing nitestarzz.

I'm an iPhone4 user (ios4.1) and works fine for me. Although there's a lag after you've enabled the theme but afterward everything is fine.

I'm just having a hard time making the touch function work for the Animated Lines Lockscreen (Real Touchable LockScreen).

hmm.. i also noticed that when the phone is on sleep mode for a long time; the colors would refresh when you woke it up.

other than these two issues, everything went well. Good Job and Kudos!
