Winterboard wont change my wallpaper.
I have an iPod Touch with 3.1.2 firmware, jailbroken, and I have winterboard on it with a bunch of themes. However none of them will change the wallpaper (behind the apps). And its not just the theme I picked, because I have a friend with the same ones and his wallpaper works.

Try checking 'user wallpaper' in WB.

Change the name of image you want to be as a wallpaper to Wallpaper.png and ssh it into themes folder and keep it on top in winterboard. Enable it and respring, it shud work, its a bad install from Cydia and yes it will remove gpsp or any other bad install with it.

Go to private/var/mobile/Library and you will see a file called LockBackground.jpg and delete it. You should be good to go then.
