User Wallpaper Issue

I am unable to assign a user wallpaper to my lockscreen. Can somebody help me out, please?

I uninstalled winterboard along with all the previous themes I had. I had some remaining webclips, which I had to manually delete. I've also deleted lockscreen info. I've tried searching around on google and other forums, but the results I got were not related to what I actually needed. Thanks for your time!

you need to install winterboard, and put *.jpg in to

var/mobile/library/LockBackground.jpg

so, rename *.jpg int LockBackground.jpg and activate it true winterboard

Thanks for the info. About 20 minutes after submitting the original message and goofing around some more, it just fixed itself. Not sure why the delay occurred; I rebooted and did a respring when I first had the problem. Anyway, I appreciate it and hopefully my wallpaper won't crap out on me 20 minutes from this message.
