Could somebody help me dim my wallpaper?

i found this simple wallpaper that goes great with the Glasklart theme. the thing is the wallpaper looks best to me when i have the "dim wallpaper" option turned on, but it is way too bright at the lockscreen. could somebody use their photoshop skills and make my picture to be as dim as it would be with the "dim wallpaper" setting on, then i can turn it off and it will be the same as my lockscreen.
