Razor are you using total video converter? and witch video the sword? i coverted it to .gif I dont have any problem.. can you tell me what is the problem?

I think almost any software is out there somewhere for free, you just have to know how to find it.

As far as Photoshop.... you can not make an animated gif with it. I use it to alter the images I want to use and then I use the gif animator to put the images together to make an animated gif.

no.1 its "drag and drop" not "drop and drag"

no.2 I have a he-man animated gif but I need to shrink it for it to work on the iphone, yet if I do its skinny when you look at the wallpaper size, any ideas to fix this?

normally if it was a picture I would make a 320x480 template then enlarge the image I want, then put it on the template then recreate the image altogether. But since this is an animated gif, their are multiple images too many to alter

tips to fix it?

You could just edit this LockBackground.html to work with your gif file
LockBackground.html.zip

that might work
