But when i resize it it looks to over stretched(yes i set it 320x480) and idk how to fix that. This is a photo by my friend who is in a contest for best photo Brickfish Social Media: old school Please click the link and vote! But how do i make this look good on my iPhone?

The only way to do it without skewing it is to resize the height to 480 while keeping the ratio to the width, and then cropping off some of the width...

I did it for you, and I attached it to this post. Take a look at it, if you want a different part of the pic, let me know.
If you decide yo use it, you'll have to convert it to a .png file.
