Animated springboard wallpaper

Hi, I have an iPod Touch 2G, running 3.0.
Now, I'm aware that vWallpaper doesn't yet work on 3.0, but I would like to know if there is another way to put a video as a springeboard background.
Also, I would really like to know how to put a custom springeboard background as well.

As of now, vWallpaper does work. Check the "vWallpaper coming soon to 3.0" thread.

To make a video wallpaper without using vWallpaper, Find a video you want, name it "Wallpaper.mp4". Stick in a folder, name the folder anything you want. Ssh the folder you just made into your themes folder on your iPod/iPhone. Make sure you ativate it in winterboard.

For best results, resize the video to 320x480 and remove the sound.

If you want a picture wallpaper, do the same thing, except name it "Wallpaper.png".
