Wallpaper location?
Can anyone tell me where the iphone stores it's default wallpapers? I wanted to save my wallpapers in the same spot. I know I can sync them, but I figured it would be nice to use ibrickr and then put them in the same spot as the others. This has to be possible since I was able to download a OSX Wallpaper pack from iInstaller and it put it in the same spot.
Thanks

make sure you follow the correct naming scheme and create a thumbnail for your own images. wallpaper size is 320x480px, and thumbnails are 75x75px.

Perfect! I cant believe i over looked it.
does anyone know how to retrieve a wallpaper image from the iPhone and save it as a JPEG?
Livin the iPhone Life
right click on it and save as or in and just rename it .jpg np
I see the wallpaper location but..
how do i specify what image I want to be the wallpaper? is it in the plist file? or is it just by file name?
I searched the forum and found this somewhere
if you need to know, the image is at
/private/var/mobile/Library/LockBackground.png
so you can just replace this image with yours.
next question is how do I reload it with out a restart?
