Removed video ringtones AFTER vWallpaper uninstalled?

I'm completely brand new to iPhone modding (but not completely unfamiliar with software modding in general) so sorry if this is post offends/annoys anyone.

I "Remove"d vWallpaper using Icy but some weird video ringtone I don't even remember setting pops up every time my boyfriend calls me. (I must've designated this video ringtone to him??) Since he calls regularly I'd like to get rid of this. Any suggestions on how to dump these video ringtones even though vWallpaper should already be uninstalled?

it may be in an app you are using that assigns ring tones to contacts/ or go into contacts/and look and see if you assigned a ring tone there.
