how to create a vWallpaper ringtone from my own videos?

Hello, I need to know what do I need and how do I create a vWallpaper ringtone from my own videos in my computer?
and how to transfer them to my iphone and where to "install" them (in which folder & how)in my iphone.
i have version 2.2.1
firmware 04.05.04
Please explain to me as if I were a 7 Year old because I am not so good with computers.
