okay i'm usually good with stuff like this, but when it comes to this, im completely oblivious so i'd really appreciate some help
here's the situation

i want a custom wallpaper on my iphone, and a different one for when recieving a call. not just from my contacts but from any number.

the one i want is an image of the metal gear incoming codec call symbol. it wouldnt make any sense for an ''incoming call'' symbol to be used as my wallpaper as well, so, any help would be greatly appreciated

hummmmmm you can always put a custom picture wallpaper on their contact image in your contact list...so when they call it will show wallpaper that you assign to that contact and not the default wallpaper you have on your iphone back ground...but it wont be random.

or you can use Video Ringtones and have assigned different video ringtones to your contacts....

you can either have it as the specific person or set as wallpaper for general
